I’m Chris Fields, MLHR from The Ohio State University in Columbus, OH with over 10 years in Human Resources as a consultant and practitioner. I’m a Generalist with Specialties; I enjoy Employee Relations, Training and Development, Process Improvement and Social Media.

I developed “The Resume Crusade” as a way to connect with and help job seekers get prepared and ready for that next job opportunity.
